Ann is typical of many students in the classroom who lack self confidence and enthusiasm about learning difficult subjects. Her friend helps to overcome this situation by providing love, caring, patience, and friendship. Together , Ann and her friend work hard everyday. Ann regains her self confidence and accomplishes her goal to become an independent learner.
