Katie Kinsella is a SEND Teacher, supporting children with complex needs in a mainstream primary school. She is also a qualified children's yoga teacher, and she is passionate about supporting children's mental health. Outside of her work, she can be found having adventures with her husband Rob and two children in rural Norfolk. An avid fan of being active and outdoors, she can usually be found on a paddle board, a hockey pitch, at the beach or in the depths of the forest.
