Sifu Lak Loi is a true White-Collar Warrior. He worked as a senior consultant both in the City of London and in Wall Street from 1997 before deciding to follow his own path of Self-Mastery and Self-Realisation. Loi established the flagship Bruce Lee Jeet Kune Do ('The Way of the Intercepting Fist') martial arts school in the City of London and has a direct lineage to Bruce Lee himself.
