Thomas Haslett graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University with a BS in mechanical engineering in 1982. He is now retired after 37 years in the aerospace industry. For over 26 years, Tom has also been known as "Polka Tom" from his popular radio and internet shows featuring polka music. Currently, he lives in California and enjoys gardening, traveling, and baseball.
