I have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I've studied natural healing for over 40 years and was a body worker for 25 years. In my studies I learned a lot about the human body systems and in my studies also learned about how our mental and emotional issues affected our health. As I learned I realized that there wasn't very much information about self awareness taught in schools. So this compelled me to write content to increase self awareness. Recently, my children have been embracing the power of positive thinking. Although it has taken a few years to train our brains to stay out of negative thinking, it has been a very rewarding practice.
