Autorenporträt
Elite was born in 1967 in Israel. She lived in Ra'anana until the age of 21. After her military service she moved to Baltimore, Maryland with her boyfriend then and husband today, Arik. She attended Towson University and graduated with a business degree. She worked in retail for a couple of years and in 1997 got her MBA from Loyola University. Elite worked part-time in the family retail business while raising her three children. In May of 2015, she completed her training as a Health Coach and recently received her certification as a Yoga Instructor. Elite started her cooking journey as a young girl in her mom's kitchen. She contributes her love for home cooking to her mom who always welcomed her into her kitchen. Years later, Elite adjusted her cooking to her new lifestyle of clean food, clean from chemicals, preservatives, refined flour and sugars, and hormones. In 2015 Elite started to document her cooking, taking pictures of her food with her smartphone and writing down the recipes. Her recipes are simple to prepare, healthy, and delicious.
