Autorenporträt
Linda Ahdieh Grant has a BA in Anthropology from Haverford College and a PhD in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Writing children's stories combines some of her favorite things - the spirit of children, books, research, and the history of the Bahá'í Faith. She lives in Decatur, Georgia with her husband and two children and nearby her parents, all of whom inspired this story. Anna Myers has a BA in Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking from Bard College at Simon's Rock, and an MFA in Illustration from Western Connecticut State University. She hopes to show her child and the children who read her books that there is unity in diversity and that embracing cultural differences can lead to finding peace on an individual and global scale. She lives with her family in Queens, New York.
