Macy is a little girl with a LOT of knowledge. She understands that not only do your words have power, but your thoughts have power as well. Macy takes the reader on a tour of a day in her life where she teaches what it means to have a positive mindset. As Macy lets you follow her throughout her day she instills intentional and valuable advice on how to handle life and she's got quite the sense of humor in doing so. Her lessons are simple enough for young children to grasp but deep enough to be appreciated by older audiences. So sit back, relax and let Macy tell you why she said what she said!

Autorenporträt
Chanelle Cunningham is the author and illustrator of the children's affirmational book titled: "I Said What I Said!" She is a graduate of Spelman College where she obtained her degree in early childhood studies. She has lived and taught in several countries, but she has her roots planted in Georgia where she enjoys travelling, scrapbooking, spending time with family, but most of all, writing. She strives to help children understand that their greatest weapon in life is their mind. She believes everyone has the ability to re-route their lives, change their thought patterns and change their realities (if they stick with it)! This book is perfect for any child experiencing a change in his or her life. It can also be used to help a child experiencing adversity or it can simply serve as a boost of confidence for a child who already knows his or her value, but needs to be reminded.
