hazyn forsythe (they/she) is a poet and creative whose work centres around mental health and the sapphic and queer experience. they study creative writing at the university of lincoln, with plans to complete their master's qualification next. she has already been published on the abandoned playground in the '2022 poetry & innovative form student showcase' and taken part in the small-press and anthology project, 'monstera'. hazyn is currently working on several poetry projects including exhibition, printed collection, and online experimentation. experiences influence their work and this has led to their pieces being an open, honest communication about life. she hopes that her work will help people understand both themselves and others. find out more about hazyn's current and future projects at: https://hazynforsythe.tumblr.com
