On the opposing end of the Spectrum, directly opposite the non-degreed Professional Custodian, is the bacteriologist; a scientist who studies bacteria, especially those that cause disease, in effort to identify and find resolve for unidentified, dangerous, and deadly infectious viruses. College degrees, and Certifications validate the scientist's remarkable profession. Bachelor's degreed Bacteriologist would most likely have studied Microbiology, Mycology, Bacteriology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry, ending with a degree that would amass a salary of about $75,000.00 per year- to start. Salary ranges for Custodians or Janitors, on the other hand, range between $22,000.00 and $35,000.00 per year-no degrees required. In many cases, there is not even a GED validating the qualification of cleaning personnel, but these under-recognized, under-compensated, under- appreciated, Front Line Warriors attack contaminants with a fierceness unmatched, for the benefit, and life safety of ALL others.

He founded Rock & Hammer Publishing, LLC. in 2008 through which he has 6 self published books. James also founded JCB Unlimited, LLC. in 2020, for general home maintenance and makeovers. James has previously held positions as Janitor, Production Automobile Fender Panel Stacker, Certified Pharmaceutical Fermentation Operator, Machine Repair Mechanic/Apprentice, Lead Journeyman Machine Repair Technician, Machine Vibration Analyst and Diagnostician, Multi-craft Utilities & Facilities Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Engineering "Think Tank" Member. James earned Automobile Mechanic's License from State Technical Institute in, Real Estate License from Holloway Real Estate Institute in 1982
