This story is one that needs to be told. I was raised in the shadow of my mother's love and madness in Québec. Towards the end of 1970, I escaped to England and Ireland where I stayed for 20 years. There, I fell head-first, heart-first, I should say, into the famous Atlantis Commune nicknamed 'The Screamers'. I wish to tell you about the breathtaking pulse, the pain, the joy, the Truth and the scars that lie in the depths of this uncompromising land. If you care to read further, I can also tell you about prison, food addiction, living in the wilds, adoption, teaching and being an astrologer.…mehr

If you care to read further, I can also tell you about prison, food addiction, living in the wilds, adoption, teaching and being an astrologer. This is a deep and honest tale about our common quest for self-love and trust in our own sacred path. Welcome!

Autorenporträt
For most of my life, feelings scared the hell out of me! Any emotional outburst had the voice and the face of my schizophrenic mum. Yet, I studied psychology at university. I went into therapy. I worked at The Royal Ottawa Hospital and Browndale, homes for broken children. I also lived in Communes where feelings meant survival. Within this charged emotional climate, I did my best to remain untouched, for I wasn't to be broken. Years and the beginning of wisdom eroded these defences. No, I wasn't broken, but I was deeply inspired. For 20 years afterwards, I taught youngsters, adults on vocational and community programs, immigrants, homeless persons and prisoners. I now live in the peaceful countryside of Québec as a practising astrologer with my husband, two cats and the stars.
