Throughout this book we will follow the paths of investigation regarding the maternal care of adolescent mothers in a context of social vulnerability from the act of feeding their children. We realize that pregnancy is always in the order of the singular, presenting nuances relative to the subjectivity of each one. We point out the listening of the singular in health and assistance institutions as possible and capable of producing analytical effects, impelling the subject to changes in his/her subjective position, from the therapeutic proposal of the clinical device of the consultation based on the Winnicottian psychoanalytic theory. We concluded that such an approach brought us limits and scope, but in general it was based on a psychoanalytical dimension by believing in a psychotherapy directed towards what is desired. Thinking about our challenging practice and paraphrasing Winnicott's question about what life is all about, by exposing that it is living and its transitority, we bet on the maxim: We are all vulnerable!
