Elizabeth Adams is a writer, an intuitive guide, coach, and a creative work in progress. Born in Vancouver, BC, Elizabeth now lives in Edmonton, Alberta with her partner Pete and their very sensitive dog, Arrow.She loves cups of tea in real teacups, baking, especially scones. Dreamy walks pretty much near any river, lake, or ocean.
