Ha completado su graduación y post graduación de la Escuela de Pesca Veraval, JAU, Junagadh, en el año 2013 y 2016, respectivamente. El Dr. Hitesh Kardani trabaja como Profesor Asistente en FRS, JAU, Sikka y completó su doctorado en la Universidad de MS, Baroda.
