This report has accomplished its research objectives related to the resolution of this study's question statement. In conclusion from the results obtained, it can be said that each selected barrier except lack of effective training and lack of time have a positive impact on the ICT Adoption. The chosen barriers which were considered by the study are lack of availability of ICT resources, lack of time, lack of effective training and lack of technical support.
