Among other factors it highlights the provision and maintenance of ICTs facilities, creation of a school vision and distributed leadership as factors that created an enabling environment for teachers to integrate technology in their practices.Lack of supervision and financial constrains are highlighted as factors that impeded full integration of ICT in the school.

Joseph Mungai Njogu has worked in Kenyan educational set up for many years.He has a vast experience spanning 17 years in the country's educational management and instruction.He is currently planning to undertake doctoral studies in his area of passion;ICT and Education at Monash University.
