The work aims to examine the effects of ICT risks on the extrinsic satisfaction of employees in SMEs in Cameroon. The survey carried out on a sample of 1017 employees in this environment, reveals that the intensity of use of ICT, although it offers techno-integrative and economic benefits favoring the extrinsic satisfaction of workers in the structures explored, is also a source of risks for the health of users. This result brings new elements of appreciation translating the explanatory structure of the activities carried out and the experience of the employees in this precise context.
