To highlight the current strategies of Human Resources in order to identify and support workers in Bore-out in both the market and non-market sectors. A survey was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire sent to a hundred or so members of HR. A total of 47 questionnaires were received, of which 36 could be used. Quantitative and qualitative results were collected. Their analysis showed that HR strategies are situated in the three sectors of prevention: primary, secondary and tertiary, with a predominance of actions proposed at the primary level.
