The overall aim of this book is to make a step towards the development of a workload measurement tool. Autorenporträt
Dries Myny graduated as a registered nurse in 1998 and obtained his Master in Nursing Sciences at Ghent University in 2001. He obtained his PhD in Social Health Sciences in 2012. He is responsible for the development of a workload measurement tool and process optimization at the nursing department of the Ghent University Hospital, Belgium.
