Lori Nebo is a new author, a mother of 4, and a grandmother. Her first book, "If Everyone Looked The Same," is a creation that stems from a children's song she wrote and turned into a storybook. As a mom, she understands the importance of interactive activities that can help enhance self-acceptance and individuality and help build self-esteem. Ms. Nebo is a singer/songwriter who writes and records her own song lyrics and melodies as an independent artist. She has performed throughout the U.S., California, New York, Philadelphia, and New Jersey and sells her music on social media platforms. During the pandemic, she began working as a home health assistant for the elderly and singing performances in nursing homes and hospitals. Born and raised in Southern California, she currently lives in New York. Singing and writing have always been her passion." I never thought I would be a singer/songwriter or even an author because I was a single mother of 4 and wanted to raise my children first." Ms. Nebo wrote this book while getting her master's degree in business from the University of Phoenix and her Yoga Instructor Certificate at the end of 2023. She continues as an entrepreneur by writing more songs and storybooks, singing, and performing in an all-woman group called the Driftettes with the last living legendary Drifter, Terry King. She loves uplifting others through her musical performances and services company called "Inspiration Love Songs."
