Joana Costa Knufinke is originally from Barcelona, a beautiful European city on the Mediterranean coast. Joana holds a master's degree in literature from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in publishing from New York University, which she obtained thanks to a Fulbright scholarship. She currently works as an editor at Scholastic, and she lives in New York City with her family. Leo Trinidad is an illustrator and storyboard artist from Costa Rica. He has fifteen years of experience working on children's books, graphic novels, and animated series for studios like Sony, DreamWorks, Disney, and Cartoon Network.
