Award winning author Loraine Haynie writes Southern Contemporary Christian fiction from her home in Hoschton, Georgia. She and husband, Billy, travelled as young retirees. They live in a 55-plus community, where there are activities day and night. Now, they enjoy spending time with their seven grandchildren, six boys and one girl, scattered from San Diego, California, through Austin, Texas, Cumming, Georgia, and Greenville, SC.Loraine holds a degree in Journalism/Mass Communications and worked in a variety of positions in marketing and public relations. She wrote for two monthlypublications and was operations manager for a weekly magazine before buying a weight-loss franchise.She had a 20-year career as a Director of Human Resources. After retiring, Loraine wrote a monthly column for the local newspaper.She published her first book, "All the Way", in 2018, "Rescuing Jenny" in 2019, "Confronting the Pitchford Curse" in 2022, and "Illusion of Consent" in 2023.
