He has 32 years of professional and teaching experience. He is the author of Frank Lloyd Wright and the Meaning of Materials (Van Nostrand Reinhold), Construction Materials for Architects and Designers (Prentice-Hall), and co-author of Architectural Drawing and Design (Macmillan). He also wrote the Student Workbook and Instructor's Manual for Van Nostrand Reinhold's Construction: Principles, Materials, and Methods. He is a professional member of Building Officials & Code Administrators International, Inc.
