This work was created during practical science lessons at a public school in the city of Teresina, Piauí, Brazil. The aim was to show the biodiversity of the fauna found in the green area of the Professor Camillo Filho Municipal School, thus arousing students' interest in zoology content and encouraging teachers to carry out more practical lessons.
