Cynthia L. Hale, MDiv, DMin, is founder and senior pastor of the 5,000-member Ray of Hope Christian Church in Decatur, Georgia. As a woman of vision, Dr. Hale is honored locally, nationally, and internationally for her leadership, integrity, and compassion. She serves on various boards in her denomination and in the Atlanta area, as well as being co-chair of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference. Inducted into the Martin Luther King's Board of Preachers of Morehouse College, Dr. Hale was also selected to give the opening invocation at the 2008 Democratic National Convention.
