Autorenporträt
Gary Lamb is lyricist and book writer of the musical "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," that has had successful runs at several theaters in Southern California. He wrote the book for the musical "Fion The Fair" that opened the 450 seat Coronet Playhouse in the Chicago area. Mr. Lamb also wrote lyrics for the hugely successful "Chicago Christmas Carol" that has been a staple for Crown City Theatre Company. He was lead writer on a series of short plays entitled "Grimmages" and is developing a new adaptation of a famous Brecht piece for which he also wrote a new score. Mr. Lamb's book entitled "The Absolute Truth About Santa, I Think" is set to be published in the later half of 2014 and his short film "Shakespeare Apocalypse" which he wrote and stars in is making the festival rounds and will be released on youtube. William A. Reilly is an award-winning director and musical director. Bill is co-artistic director of Crown City Theatre located in Los Angeles, California. Also a composer, Bill's original score for the award-winning production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" was featured on A&E's Biography and has received rave reviews. Bill has also composed scores for "A Chicago Christmas Carol," "Fion the Fair," and "Obsession, the Musical." As a director, Bill has directed productions for The Nevada Shakespeare Festival and for Crown City, including the multiple award-winning production of "Compleat Female Stage Beauty." Bill is also an accomplished pianist and arranger.
