Betts Heeley Huff grew up a second-generation American who nurtured a natural curiosity for the world around her. Now retired, she, her husband Jim and her rescue dog reside in Winter Haven, Florida. This is her second book in the Popeye series and, she has no plans to stop writing anytime soon.
