Giada Conte is an artist and visual storyteller, creator of the Flora Makes Me Smile world and author of 'Think, Sketch, and Smile with Flora'. Through the curious eyes of her little cartoon character Flora, and her tiny, happy, adventurous world, her illustrations capture simple moments of everyday life, with the mission of spreading smiles and kindness, noticing and appreciating the little things, finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. In her art, traditional drawings interact with miniatures, materials, and photographs, to tell stories, express emotions, and explore connections between reality and imagination. Traveling with a portable Art Room and her signature program 'Experience Art with Flora', Giada hosts classes, workshops, and pop-up events for families, groups, and individuals of all ages.
