Mark Symes has represented clients in every court from the Tribunal to the Supreme Court, and the European Court of Human Rights. He sits as a part-time judge of the Upper Tribunal and First-tier Tribunal. He is a contributor to Macdonald's Immigration Law and Practice and has long been one of the experts who specialist immigration lawyers go to, in order to make sure they are up to speed with the latest legal arguments. He has spoken at the conference of the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges.
