She has a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, a specialisation in exercise physiology and a master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of Paraná. She has been teaching in higher education since 2005. He coordinated the Physical Education course at UNOESC and is currently an EBTT professor at IFC/SC.
