Our study on the immuno-hematological and biochemical profile of patients infected with HIV/AIDS at the Point G University Hospital was a descriptive study with a prospective data collection covering the period from December 2019 to November 2020, the main objective of which was to study the hematological and biochemical immunological parameters of patients infected with HIV/AIDS. Of the 230 patients 69.1% were on antiretroviral therapy and 30.9% were treatment naïve. The mean age of the patients was 42.20±13.47 years with extremes ranging from 8 to 80 years. Women were the most numerous with a rate of 62.2%. Most of our patients were infected with HIV-1 (94.3%). The seroprevalence of HBsAg was 12.2%. Patients with CD4 350/mm3 levels were the most represented with 59.1% of cases. Anemia (HB level 11g/dl) accounted for 43.5% of cases. Neutropenia and thrombocytopenia accounted for 29.1% and 17.8% respectively. Dyslipidemia was present in 19.5% of patients on ARVs and 12.7% of those not followed up. The atherogenicity index was high in 65.2% of patients.
