Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) considered as the most common malignant lesion in oral cancer, although there is a significant advance in surgical technique and treatment modalities, The prognosis in those patients is poor and not improved. The most serious problem in OSCC is the ability of tumor cells to invade and metastasize to cervical lymph node (LN).A case control study of diagnostic biomarkers are extremely useful in the prediction of the prognosis of the disease and could be used for follow up the patients after receiving treatment.
