This book is an impact assessment of recruitment policy on employee performance in federal civil service Nasarawa state Nigeria from 2011-2016. Its specific objectives include; to identify the recruitment policy and selection processes, to examine how these policies affects the performance and development of the institution; others are to assess the challenges associated with the recruitment policy and performance and finally to identify factors that will improve these policies.
