Our study focused on evaluating the impact of the community-based nutrition project in the MIABI health zone. Our objective was to evaluate the impact of the community-based nutrition project in order to contribute to the improvement of the health status of children, pregnant and lactating women in the Miabi health zone and to contribute to the nutritional situation of children and to reduce infant morbidity and mortality. We had recourse to the documentary review of the monthly statistical reports of the health zone, nutritional surveillance bulletin, food security and early warning. We used the non-probability sampling method. We made a sample by reasoned choice, i.e. we considered only some indicators sensitive to chronic malnutrition. In view of these results obtained, it seems appropriate to us to declare that the community-based nutrition project has had a positive impact on the various indicators sensitive to nutrition.
