Jilson Panakkal, DCL: A Catholic priest, secured doctorate in Canon Law from the Pontifical Urban University in Rome. Apart from being the Judicial Vicar of the diocese of Kannur, he works for the rehabilitation of the alcoholics and their families. He has authored a number of articles published in various periodicals.
