The general objective of this study research was to study the impact of Business Intelligence Business Intelligence (BI) in analysis of staff turnover in the Agriculture and Food Authority Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA). This study's main goal is to identify areas of human resources management for which agricultural institutions in Kenya can integrate BI with Information Communication and Technology Information Communication and Technology (ICT) systems to increase the ability of institutions to measure and quantify metrics, create effective employee development strategies, increase efficiency in hiring and recruitment, improve knowledge management and collaboration and increase enterprise reporting and decision making within an institution with the view of minimizing the effect of employee turnover.
