The present investigation was carried out to verify the importance of starting a pre-primary study to the professional of an individual, at the moment of interacting with two or more people during the development of activities together and thus to be able to arrive at more satisfactory results. First of all, a bibliographic search was carried out regarding everything related to work teams, their performance, advantages and disadvantages. In the beginning of a new company, from the development of the business plan, it is necessary to gather people who have experience in the areas where the organization is going to develop, and relying on the work of an integral team to make the best decisions. It was supported in the descriptive methodology, as well as in the exploratory one.
