Kemal BA¿CI wurde in Tokat, Türkei, geboren. Er arbeitete als Englischlehrer in der Türkei und im Ausland. Im Jahr 2008 wurde er von der Nationalen Agentur des EU-Ministeriums für die Koordinierung von Erasmus-Programmen rekrutiert. Er arbeitete als Koordinator für Jugendmobilität im Rahmen von Erasmus+. Er hat zwei Bücher veröffentlicht: African Tales, Rüya ve Kültür, sowie mehrere Artikel.
