Our research on "The Impact of Humanitarian Aid on Reducing the Vulnerability of Internally Displaced Persons in Mahagi Territory" is based on the premise that humanitarian aid does not reduce the vulnerability of IDPs. These people in need as a result of the humanitarian emergency they are facing share their satisfaction upon receiving the aid granted, but it is noticeable that there is no collaboration between the actors in the execution of the project and the distribution and management of these humanitarian aids, which is not subject to collective participation. It is important to undertake actions of its self-development, which supposes an autonomy, base of the socio-economic self-promotion which implements the intelligence of the individual, its freedom, its capacity of action for the march towards a more being and better being fulfilling. This is why our development program constitutes a pillar to make integral development more flexible.
