Assist. Prof. Dr. Tatar obtained his B.A. from Kara Harp Okulu in Ankara and 9 Eylül University in Izmir, and MBA from Marmara University in Istanbul in 2001. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Nesip Ogun is professor at The University of Mediterranean Karpasia in Cyprus. He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University in New York City.
