Generating a technical, economic, administrative and socio-cultural impact on the organization's stakeholders.Through a transversal descriptive research it was possible to show that the start-up of Mieles S.A.S. has broken paradigms in the region, with the promotion of female labor, the arrival of qualified personnel, generating employment that complies with the provisions of the law.
