Mobile Banking is an innovation that is changing the financial habits of entire populations who had no access to formal financial services, and disrupting the habits of those accustomed to the traditional financial system. But opposite, there are operators of the traditional financial system who do not know, for some, what attitude to adopt in the face of this multidimensional technology in the financial sector. Our work consisted in seeing the attitudes of operators, mainly financial messaging, facing the breakthrough of Mobile Banking in the city and seeing what future for traditional financial messaging operators in the city of Mbujimayi.
