The organizations major objective is to maximize the personal contribution of all the human constituents in an organization. The knowledge of individual or workers group is vital to the management, to determine the task that is within the capability and experience of the workers. Therefore the manager own it as a point of duty to detect the failure that may occur as a result of weak motivation rather than lack of ability. The managers get work done through other people, but how these individual people are organized directly influences their own need satisfaction. Employers use the reward system as a means of achieving organizational objectives. Employees, on the other hand, ensure that their labor through the reward is equitably or fairly compensated and rewarded. Various scholars have written on "motivation" but various governments and business organizations have not been able to tie their available human resources into wealth through diversification, of available human and material resources, instead they embark on downsizing or retrenchment of workers, that leads to loss of jobs, poverty, migration, human trafficking, which may have adverse effect on their immediate community.
