The book deals with the growing influence of Alternative Dispute Mechanism especially Arbitration in promoting business relations and the role of courts in protecting foreign investments.

Emmanuel is a practicing Nigerian Lawyer with international business advisory experience. He is the Managing Partner of Fred-young & Evans LP, a full service Nigerian commercial law firm and Fred-young Recoveries, an international debt collection firm. He has acted for many international organizations and foreign companies in Nigeria.
