Type II diabetes is a public health problem that affects the majority of people between the ages of 25 and 50 years and whose main causes are sedentary lifestyle and bad eating habits. Thus, given that diet is at the center of this pathology, it is up to diet to regulate this pathology without resorting to medicinal means, just by respecting the hygienic-dietary principles, i.e. what to eat or not. Therefore, this study shows the impact of diet on the maintenance of a good cardiometabolic profile in people suffering from this pathology.
