All employees should be inform of the cultural adjustment in order to give them an opportunity to perform in the new order. Schein (1984) defines cultures as the way we do things around here. things must done on the basis of the presentnot what is no longer acceptable.

Jerome Nyameh PhD hail from Nigeria, had his primary and secondary education in 1981 to 1987 and 1993 respectively, proceeded to State polytechnic Yola for his A level (IJMB) and later to FUTY where obtained BSc MGT and MBA in 2005 and 2007. he proceed to Tarlac State University Philippines where he obtained PhD in Business administration in 2012
