Employee engagement has been a prominent managerial paradigm that any strategic organization or country that has the target of achieving set goals and having a command over the industry has to take a critical look at. In order to keep their finest employees and achieve economic success, companies use a variety of engagement-building techniques. This research sought to understand the impact of employee work engagement among Ghanaian youths. A scan through literature has revealed a couple of works on employee engagement, but there was no specifically dedicated study that was limited to the youth to understand their work engagement patterns, especially in Ghana.
