Participative management has been discussed by many scholars in their literature for more than four decades (John, 1994). In recent years, it has become a focal point of interest among both scholars and practitioners of administration (Powell & Schlacter, 1971). The research objective of this study was to examine the possible relationship among dependent variables that is employee job satisfaction and performance and independent variable that is participative management. Further, the research also identified the association and magnitude of different dependent variables on the independent variable. The book basically aims to resolve the question that whether participative approach to management pay off in terms of employee job satisfaction and performance. The findings indicate significant positive relationship among participative management, employee job satisfaction and performance. Further, findings suggest that participative management apply more influence on employee performance than it does on employee job satisfaction. The study will benefit business managers, organizations, and academic researchers.
