This research work attempts to analyze the relationship between the Moroccan educational system and innovative entrepreneurship and its impact on the personal development of students. First, it sets the general framework of analysis by recalling the role of the educational system, its contributions and its limitations on the personal development of students. Secondly, it illustrates the actions carried out in favor of innovative entrepreneurship to fill the limits of the educational system by exposing the complementary activities, actors and projects which develop other qualities of the knowledge to be in the students, in third place, it exposes a case study that of INJAZ ELMAGHRIB, and its programs dedicated to innovative entrepreneurship by examining the impact of the latter on the personal development of the participants, especially the students of the UM5 of Rabat. This study allowed us to note that the students who underwent the company program of INJAZ have experienced a progression. Finally, this work suggests a number of proposals that could help to correct the flaws found in the results of the study.
