The present investigation was conducted with a view to assessing gender differences among officers on Quality of Life,Job satisfaction and Coping strategies in the IT sector and to see the interrelationships among these variables in both male and female officers.The investigation used incidental sampling techniques and the sample consisted of 30 male and 30 female officers in the IT sector.The study unravels important facts for both academicians and practitioners in organizational behavior.
